By accepting these terms, I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge and agree:
I am participating voluntarily in events organised by ZEROIN Management Pvt. Ltd., Team I, and The Event League (collectively, the "Organisers"). The activities may involve physical, mental, or competitive risk and I assume all such risks knowingly.
I release and hold harmless the Organisers, their directors, employees, contractors, volunteers, sponsors, and venue partners from any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, or liability arising from any injury, illness, accident, loss of property, theft, or death sustained before, during, or after the event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise — to the maximum extent permitted by Indian law.
I am solely responsible for arranging and maintaining my own medical, travel, and personal accident insurance. The Organisers are not liable for medical expenses, hospitalisation, or any losses I may incur.
I confirm I am medically fit to participate. I will disclose any condition that could be aggravated by participation, and I authorise the Organisers to obtain emergency medical care on my behalf at my cost.
Any confidential information, event materials, problem statements, judging criteria, sponsor data, or proprietary content I receive in connection with the event is confidential. I will not reproduce, share, publish, or commercially use such information without the Organisers' prior written consent.
I consent to the Organisers photographing, filming, and recording me during the event and using such material for promotional, archival, and reporting purposes without compensation.
I agree to follow the rules of the event, the venue, and applicable law. The Organisers may disqualify me without refund for misconduct, harassment, cheating, or any breach of these terms.
All registration fees and payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstance whatsoever, including but not limited to:
• my withdrawal, no-show, disqualification, or inability to attend for any personal reason (including illness, travel disruption, visa, academic, or work conflicts);
• postponement, rescheduling, change of venue, change of format (including conversion to online/hybrid), or reduction in scope of the event;
• cancellation of the event, in whole or in part, by the Organisers;
• force majeure events including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, earthquake, epidemic, pandemic, government action, lockdown, curfew, riot, war, terrorism, strike, power or internet failure, or any other event beyond the Organisers' reasonable control.
In the event of postponement or rescheduling, my registration will be honoured for the rescheduled date at the Organisers' sole discretion; no refund will be issued. I waive any right to chargeback, dispute, or claim a refund through my bank, card issuer, or payment provider, and agree that initiating such a dispute will be treated as a breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
Clicking "I accept" or ticking the acceptance checkbox constitutes my electronic signature under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and is binding on me.
